Spread over three floors, the house offers a total capacity of 29 beds, distributed across ten spacious rooms. Two of them are luxury rooms, each with a private jacuzzi – perfect for romantic evenings or special occasions. Every room has its own bathroom and a terrace, opening to an inspiring panorama of the reservoir.

Guests have access to two fully equipped kitchens – each with refrigerators, dishwashers, and ovens. In the kitchen areas, you will find everything necessary to prepare delicious meals – complete kitchenware that will make you feel right at home. The large common room, furnished with tables for all guests, a fireplace, and its own bathroom, is the heart of the house – a place where families and friends gather to create shared memories.

Outdoors, the spacious yard offers a green garden with a playground for the little ones, two barbecue areas for open-air fun, and an outdoor jacuzzi, where the view of the Dospat Reservoir turns into a true fairytale.
