Two neighbouring buildings with apartments and studios, set right in the centre of Lozenets, one of the most sought-after resorts on Bulgaria's southern Black Sea coast. They're the perfect setting for birthdays, anniversaries, hen and stag parties, corporate events, Christmas and New Year celebrations, or simply a getaway with a big group of friends.

The highlight of the property is the shared inner courtyard with its enclosed barbecue house. It's a separate space with tables and benches for around 35 guests, and it comes with a kitchen, TV, air conditioning and a built-in brick grill with a chimney for cooking over live coals. Accommodation

5 apartments (3 in one building, 2 in the other) with double beds, plus single beds in the living area. Two of the apartments also have sofa beds.

10 studios (5 in each building), which can be set up with either a double bed or single beds to suit your group.

The property sleeps up to 45 guests. If you'd like each couple or family to have their own room, capacity is lower. Get in touch and we'll suggest the best arrangement.
