The family villa Retro Residence is located in the quiet and peaceful village of Stoykite, 15 km from the town of Smolyan, 5 km from the resort of Pamporovo and only 2 min. by car from the Stoykite lift.

The house has a unique design, has 5 bedrooms - 4 double beds and one room with two single beds for a total of 10 people - with the possibility of 3 additional beds in the form of sofa beds in three of the large bedrooms.

For your varied vacation, the villa has a sauna, jacuzzi, billiard table, large terrace with barbecue and a wonderful view of the mountains.

The layout of the house is as follows:

* Level 0 - two garages, luggage room, ground floor, sauna, jacuzzi and shower.

* Floor 1 - spacious living room with a solid wooden table for 10 people, sofas, fireplace, billiards/darts, large terrace and equipped kitchen.

* Floor 2 - three bedrooms, one of which has two single beds, shared bathroom with toilet.

* Floor 3 - two separate bedrooms, each with a unique view of the mountain and with its own bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a large bathtub.

The villa is rented as a whole for a minimum of two nights.

Guests of the house can take a break from the hectic city life and enjoy the silence and beautiful nature, as well as walk along the countless tourist routes. The nature of the Rhodope Mountains is enchanting and everyone should enjoy it.

Within a radius of 10-30 kilometers, there are many and varied eco-trails available, as well as the town of Smolyan, the Smolyan Lakes, Golyam Perelik Peak, the Canyon of the Waterfalls, the Heart Waterfall, the Orpheus Rocks, Snezhanka Peak, the Uhlovitsa Cave, the Kale Cave, Shiroka Laka, the Haidushki Polyani area, the Holy Spirit Waterfall, the Sveta Varvara Waterfall, the Bear Museum, the Devil's Throat Cave, the Vulchi Kamak area, the Yagodinska Cave and many others.
