Villa Vin Santo invites you to experience the magic of the "Bulgarian Tuscany"!

It's no coincidence that we renovated it in the spirit of Italian wine hills and named the rooms and spaces after classic Italian cities.

The rooms feature individual design, with much of the original furnishings preserved and renovated.

You will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

There is also a private studio for accommodation with a capacity of 2+1, a bathroom, minibar, washing machine, and veranda.

In the yard, there is a garden with a charcoal barbecue, a dining table, and a relaxing corner with a fire pit, along with a large garden with medicinal herbs and flowers, and a hot tub.

The house and the studio are rented together or separately. Use of the barbecue and hot tub independently can be arranged separately.

Our greatest pride is the stone cellar, which we transformed into a tasting/banquet hall.

In total, covering 50 sq.m., we have a relaxation and reading nook, a service and storage area for wines and food, and a spacious hall with a table for up to 12 people.

Built in the 1950s, the house has a completely stone wall, located on a paved street, 100 meters from the center, with a stunning view of the hills and the forest.

The village of Vinarovo is lively but incredibly peaceful – it has a shop, a church, and a park.

As the name suggests, it is in a renowned wine region that is just beginning to develop.

Within a 7 km radius, there are 3 wineries that you can visit by prior appointment.

Here, wine is highly valued, food is sacred, and rest is inviolable!

We offer organization of culinary and wine events, workshops, retreats, and cultural activities.
