The house is located in a closed complex with other houses, the yard and the pool are in the common areas of the complex, the parking is also shared. Silence between 14:00-16:00 as well as after 22:30h is mandatory.

Swimming in the pool is until 18:00h. Persons under the age of 14 are allowed to use the pool only with an adult companion. Parents, respectively adult companions, are fully responsible for the safety of persons under the age of 14.

We are not responsible for injuries and accidents caused by the fault of the visitor. There is no lifeguard. Persons with indecent behavior are not allowed.

We ask you to keep the place clean and dispose of waste in the designated places!
