Welcome to our brand-new villas in Paralia Epanomi – just 30 minutes from Thessaloniki, in the direction of the first leg of Halkidiki!

We offer two identical villas – both in layout and amenities. This makes them perfect for large groups like yours – you can stay together while still enjoying privacy and comfort.

Each villa offers:

We’ve set up a large barbecue area with a sink and everything you need for perfect summer evenings outdoors. There’s also a small kids’ zone and unique garden furniture.

This place is ideal for families with small children and babies – it’s calm, clean, and well-maintained. We’ve ensured everything is optimized for your comfort. All furniture, mattresses, linens, blankets, and equipment are brand new – hygiene is a top priority, especially when traveling with little ones.

The beach is very close – just about 550 meters, or a 7-minute walk. It’s a straight, flat road – super convenient if you’re with a stroller or kids. If you prefer driving, you’ll get there in less than a minute. Parking is free and easy near the beach bar – there’s plenty of space, no stress about finding a spot. The area isn’t overcrowded and avoids the usual tourist chaos, making it ideal for a peaceful holiday.

The sea is shallow, clean, and safe – perfect for kids. The beach itself is stunning. A fantastic beach bar is waiting for you, offering delicious seafood caught that very day from a nearby fish farm (you can dine there directly – no need to head to a tavern). If you’d like, we can reserve sunbeds for you in advance.

The area is part of a protected Natura 2000 zone – “Limnothalassa Epanomis and coastal marine area.” This ecologically valuable region is home to rare birds and other protected wildlife. That’s why beachfront construction is legally prohibited – preserving the nature as it is. This guarantees peace, clean surroundings, and a real connection to nature – something truly special today.

Yes – there is parking both inside the yard and outside.

Perfect for families with children – the beach is sandy and soft, with no rocks, and the water is warmer than that of the Halkidiki peninsulas. Why? The sun shines directly all day, and the sunset lights up our beach from the west.

It’s perfect for groups, families, and anyone looking for space, convenience, and great beachside service. The beach is so spacious, you’ll never feel crowded, even during peak season.

Sahara is the go-to place for those seeking a more dynamic and upscale beach experience – from stylish day lounging to vibrant evening parties with top DJs and guests from all over Greece.

🐦 The lagoon area of Epanomi is home to over 180 bird species, including flamingos and rare herons – a paradise for nature lovers and peace seekers.

🏘 Though we are in a quiet coastal area, Epanomi itself is a large and lively village – almost like a small town, with cafes, pizzerias, pastry shops, and stores. Just before arriving, you’ll pass a big Lidl and a new Masoutis where you can stock up easily.

🚗 Looking for more beaches? Just a 7-minute drive takes you to a vast sandy area with free zones, a beach bar, and even a floating water park for the kids! You’ll also find a shallow shipwreck nearby that’s fun to explore.

🍉 On your way to the beach, you’ll pass through farming fields where you can buy fresh watermelons, melons, and seasonal fruits directly from the growers.

We’ll also provide all the information you need about the best places to eat, beach options, and fun activities – including a visit to one of the world’s most famous wineries, located right in Epanomi. It has a fantastic terrace/restaurant and offers wine tastings.

For the little ones, we’ve got kid-friendly plates and cups, and the terraces are safe with high railings.

We also have many restaurants that deliver directly to the villas – pizza, gyros, desserts, coffee, burgers.

Epanomi is a large village and has everything – and we’re in the coastal part.
